Green Zone; 1 BGN for one hour, maximum parking time in this area is 4 hours. After parking your car, you pay the fee based on how many hours you will stay via a mobile application. Or if you have a Bulgarian line, you send an SMS containing your license plate to 1302 for blue zones and 1303 for green zones. Don't park your car without paying your parking fee, don't think like you're short on work, I'll be back right away. There are too many police officers around and they lock your car's wheels.
