Day 1: Marina Bay and City Center Exploration
🌅 Morning: Start your Singapore journey from Marina Bay . Take a photo break at Merlion Park – the famous half-lion, half-fish statue is the symbol of Singapore. Then walk to Marina Bay Sands Hotel. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, you can examine the building’s exterior and the 57-story SkyPark from afar. The views of the Helix Bridge (double helix design bridge) and the Singapore Flyer (165m Ferris wheel) are also not to be missed in this area.
🍃 Lunch: Head to Gardens by the Bay at noon. Here you can visit the colorful Supertrees and giant greenhouses (Flower Dome, Cloud Forest). Flower Dome is a huge indoor greenhouse and contains gardens inspired by world plant collections. Cloud Forest includes a 35-meter-high waterfall. You will see tropical and desert plants together on the walking paths and take great photos. For lunch, you can stop by Satay by the Bay near Gardens by the Bay or the city's famous Lau Pa Sat Hawker Center .
🌃 Evening: Stroll along the Marina Bay coast as the sun sets. Don’t miss the “Spectra” light-water show (free) that starts at around 9pm on the square in front of Marina Bay Sands . Then head to Clarke Quay for dinner by the river. Taste seafood or exotic local cuisine at a cozy restaurant overlooking the river or at one of the traditional Chinese restaurants. End the night with a boat tour along the river or a cocktail at one of the nearby bars.

🏖️ Day 2: Fun and Beach at Sentosa Island 🏖
🌅 Morning: Continue your second day to Sentosa Island . From the city center, head to HarbourFront MRT station and take the Sentosa Express or, for a more scenic option, take a cable car to the island. In the cool of the morning, soak up the sun at Palawan Beach and grab a tropical breakfast or smoothie from one of the beach bars.
🐠 Lunch: Visit Sentosa’s theme parks. Universal Studios Singapore (theme theme park) or SEA Aquarium (a fascinating underwater world) are enjoyable options. When you’re feeling tired, have lunch at one of the beachside restaurants like Coastes Beach Club . Alternatively, try Singaporean-Malaysian cuisine (Asam Laksa, Hainanese chicken or sweet potato kari) at Malaysian Food Street on the island.
🌅 Evening: In the evening, go back to Siloso or Tanjong beach to watch the sunset and swim. At 19:40, the open-air water-laser light show Wings of Time starts; tickets cost around SGD 18 to watch the show. After the show, you can have dinner at a beachside restaurant in Sentosa or head back to the city center and dine at VivoCity .

Day 3: Cultural Districts – Chinatown and Little India
🌞 Morning: Start your day with a tour of Chinatown . Visit colourful stops like Sri Mariamman Temple (Singapore’s oldest Hindu temple), Buddha Tooth Temple. For breakfast, stop by the popular Hainanese Chicken Rice stand at Maxwell Road Hawker Centre . Try tropical juice or kaya toast (toast with coconut jam and butter) at the street markets here.
🍛 Lunch: Head to Little India around noon. Visit the Sri Veeramakaliamman Hindu Temple, then stop for an authentic Indian meal at Tekka Centre Hawker Market . Experience Singapore’s multicultural hawker centre tradition while you dine. For shopping, head to Arab Street (Kampong Glam): street cafes, boutique shops and the colourful streets around the Sultan Mosque are a photo paradise. Stroll through Haji Lane, amidst graffiti, and sip a coffee.
🌆 Evening: In the evening, head to Orchard Road to browse the shopping malls or head back to Chinatown and have dinner at Chinatown Complex. The Chinatown Complex Food Centre has a number of affordable food stalls (try the Chinese stir-fries and noodles). Alternatively, enjoy a western dinner at one of the riverside restaurants in the Boat Quay/Clarke Quay area.

Day 4: Botanical Gardens and Nature Break 🌳🐒
🌳 Morning: Head to Singapore Botanic Gardens for a day surrounded by nature. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site (Singapore’s first World Heritage Site). Take an early morning walk through the greenery and see the orchids. You can have a picnic in the Botanic Garden or have breakfast at one of the nearby cafes.
🐒 Lunch: Around noon, head to the hiking trail around MacRitchie Reservoir . This is one of the most famous nature trails in Singapore. You can see flocks of monkeys and birds on the 250-meter-long Treetop Walkway . If possible, renting a canoe or pedal boat in the park and taking a tour around the lake is also a fun option.
🌊 Evening: Head to East Coast Park in the evening. Rent a bike or electric scooter (the roads here are suitable for bikes) and take a ride along the beach, enjoying the sea air. Head to Katong district and try Peranakan laksa ; you can taste traditional flavors at places like 328 Katong Laksa.
💡 Advice: There can be a lot of flies on the nature walk, so take precautions. MacRitchie and the East Coast can be windy around noon; a light jacket or umbrella will be helpful.
😌 End of the Day (Relax): Watch the sunset at East Coast Park beach or sit at a tea/coffee shop in Katong.

Day 5: Tiong Bahru, Shopping and Ending 🎉
🌺 Morning: On your last day, explore the quiet and nostalgic Tiong Bahru neighborhood of the city. Stroll through the small streets between the art deco buildings. Breakfast at Tiong Bahru Market (traditional street food like char kway teow, τeriyaki lactation (kaya toast)) is delicious. Browse through bookstores and designer shops.
🛍 Lunch: Return to Orchard Road for the last shopping in the afternoon. There are famous shopping malls (ION Orchard, Takashimaya) and markets (Bugis Street Market) in the area. For last minute souvenirs, you can visit Mustafa Center (24-hour supermarket). For lunch, choose one of the hawker centers near Orchard or Bugis (e.g. Food Opera or Bugis Food Court near Ion Orchard). Tip: If you don't want to wait in line, you can also use mobile food ordering (GrabFood).
🍽 Evening: Treat yourself to a feast on your last evening of the trip! You can visit an iconic food market like Lau Pa Sat or Newton Food Centre again, or book a table at a fancy restaurant in the financial district. For a relaxing evening, enjoy a cocktail at a rooftop bar near your hotel or a scenic venue like SkyPark (MBS).
😌 End of the Day (Rest): If you have time before your flight, you can visit the huge rainforest (Rain Vortex waterfall 🌈) inside Changi Airport Jewel . After taking in the tropical Singapore air one last time and calming your soul, you can return home.
🌟 Note: Pay great attention to cleanliness while traveling in Singapore; do not litter on the streets and follow public transportation rules. As you travel, you will feel the hospitality of the locals, taste the flavors and enjoy the tropical city life! **

🎒 General Recommendations
Get a metro card: MRT is a must, otherwise you'll faint trying to walk everywhere. 😅
Umbrella stone: It rains and stops suddenly, it's tropical.
Dress light: You can't go out of summer mode in Singapore.
Don't forget to drink water: Especially on outdoor excursions, don't forget to drink water!
✅ Singapore Must Do List
🌆 1. Look out over the city from atop Marina Bay Sands!
A Singapore tour isn't complete without a visit to SkyPark.
If you want to be extra spoiled, you can even swim in the infinity pool. (But you have to stay at the hotel to use the pool, small detail... 😜)
🌳 2. Catch the light show at Gardens by the Bay!
The evening show at the Supertree Grove is free.
Take a drink with you, lay on the grass and enjoy the lights under the stars!
🦁 3. Strike a silly pose with the Merlion!
A lion or a fish squirting water from its mouth?
No matter what it is, it's customary to pose ridiculously like a tourist here. 😂
🍲 4. Eat an epic meal at a Hawker Centre for $5!
Chicken rice, laksa, satay, chili crab...
🛺 5. Get lost in the streets of Chinatown and Little India!
The real Singapore atmosphere is there.
Go into the streets, look at the souvenirs, take lots of photos.
🎢 6. Have fun like a kid on Sentosa Island!
Beach, amusement park, zipline...
Forget all your adult worries for a day and relax on the island.
🛍️ Get caught up in the shopping frenzy at 7th Orchard Road!
I guarantee that you will come out with at least 2 bags even if you just go in to window shop. 😂
Especially check out electronics and sports products, sometimes the prices are good.
🌧️ 8. Get wet in the tropical rain (and then laugh!)
Even if you carry an umbrella, sometimes you just say “nevermind” and get wet.
Even rain is exotic in Singapore, don't be afraid, have fun!
🍹 9. Experience the nightlife at Clarke Quay!
Colourful bars, riverside ambience...
Grab a drink, sit by the river, and enjoy the night.
🐼 10. Bonus: Singapore Zoo or Night Safari!
If you love animals, one of the best zoos in the world is here.
Especially the night safari — you observe animals in the dark of the night, it's an amazing experience!
🌟 5 Places to Enjoy the View in Singapore
🚡 1. Sentosa Cable Car (Singapore Cable Car)
When you take a cable car to Sentosa Island, you get a bird's eye view of the city, the harbour and the giant ships.
Especially if you come across a sunset... I mean I'll keep quiet, the photo will do the talking! 🧡
There is even a glass-bottomed cabin option, recommended for those who want it.
🚆 Approaching Marina Bay Station with 2nd MRT
Marina Bay Sands hotel suddenly appears before you with its giant and cool structure.
Everyone walking along that beach has their phone camera on, that's why. 📱
🚌 3. By Bus Along Orchard Road
This is Singapore's shopping street, but it's a riot of colour.
Especially in the evening when the lights come on, looking out the bus window gives a real New York vibe. 🏙️
The driver drives super calmly anyway, you can enjoy the view to your heart's content without your stomach jumping.
🌉 4. Walking on the Helix Bridge
There is the famous Helix Bridge that runs between Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay...
At night, it is illuminated and the city turns into a Blade Runner movie set.
Walking slowly and taking selfie after selfie is allowed! 📸✨
🚲 5. Rent a Bike at East Coast Park and Ride Along the Beach
We're a bit off the transportation category, but that's okay: this is also a type of "active transportation"! 😄
You are cycling under the palm trees, next to the sea. In between, there are families having picnics on the beach, people running, skateboarders...
That's how you get into the "Why don't I move here?" mindset. 🚴♀️🌴
